1. User Account

2. Services and Usage Rights
2.1 AI Creation Services
MotionMeld AI provides AI-powered tools that allow users to generate, edit, enhance, or process creative content, including but not limited to videos, images, text prompts, templates, and related materials.
You are responsible for the prompts, images, videos, text, or other content that you upload, submit, create, or generate through the App.
2.2 User Content
You retain any rights you own in the content you submit to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, display, and use your submitted content as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the App and related services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload, submit, generate, or use any content through the App.
2.3 Generated Content
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws, you may use content generated through the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise restricted by the App, third-party service providers, subscription terms, or applicable laws.
You understand that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, similar to content generated for other users, or unsuitable for certain uses. You are responsible for reviewing and determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended purpose.
2.4 Advertisements
The App may provide free features supported by advertisements. You acknowledge that advertisements may appear while using the App. Advertisement content may be provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, or availability of third-party advertisements.
2.5 Subscription and Paid Features
The App may offer subscriptions, credits, or other paid features. Paid features may include access to advanced tools, faster processing, higher usage limits, watermark removal, higher-quality exports, additional templates, or an ad-free experience.
Payments may be processed through the App Store, Google Play, or other payment providers. Your purchase is subject to the payment terms, subscription rules, and refund policies of the applicable platform or payment provider.
2.6 Subscription Cancellation
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless otherwise stated by the applicable platform, you will continue to have access to paid features until the current subscription period expires.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading, generating, or distributing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any person or entity;
- Creating or sharing illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise harmful content;
- Uploading or generating content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or inappropriate contexts;
- Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or the source of any content;
- Creating deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious content, including scams, phishing materials, or harmful deepfakes;
- Using the App for unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional activities;
- Interfering with, disrupting, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, servers, systems, or networks;
- Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated methods without authorization;
- Circumventing usage limits, payment systems, security measures, or content moderation systems;
- Using the App in violation of applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to review, refuse, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content or account if we believe this Agreement, applicable law, platform policies, or third-party rights have been violated.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Our Rights
The App, including its software, interface, features, templates, designs, logos, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or any part of it, except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
4.3 Third-Party Materials
The App may include third-party software, SDKs, APIs, AI models, templates, content, or services. Your use of such third-party materials may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies from those third parties.

6. Modifications and Termination

7. Disclaimer
The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or that generated content will meet your expectations or requirements.
AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts, inaccuracies, similarities to other generated content, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using generated content appropriately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, device malfunction, service interruption, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App, your submitted or generated content, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
